Last summer after going to every other bridal store in the area and leaving Shirley's until last due to negative reviews my mother and I ended up here. The customer service was exceptional, my bridal consultant had no problem with my low budget (we are talking $200) and made the entire experience so fun and meaningful. Not only did I get a floor model $900 dress to fit within my tiny budget but I got an awesome experience to remember. Shirley's has been around the longest and I think more people take time to negatively review than the many positives I'm sure happen. Don't let their low stars fool you, check them out. I adore my dress and couldn't be happier.
The worst experience I’ve ever had very unprofessional. I had to pick my own dresses I had no privacy I felt uncomfortable on top of that it was very dirty the shoes they sell are falling apart and the dresses are way to over priced and Customer service is very rude can’t take pictures of the dresses I try never ever going there again I went to David’s Bridal they are awesome !
Took my daughter here for a dress. Older lady was short and unfriendly with us. Wouldn't listen to what my daughter wanted. Went to Davids bridal and had a completely wonderful experience. In short I do not recommend this place at all!!!
I cannot say enough about this boutique! I got married 3 weeks ago. In February I went dress shopping and found the most amazing dress! I was brought to tears when Shirley laced me up into my gown; she talked about the importance of marriage and how the love continues to grow strong throughout the years. I knew right then I had found the dress! During the months to follow; I was able to set up a payment plan so I could fit the dress into my budget, the recommended amazing place for alterations, steam pressed the dress days before the wedding, and now they will be preserving my dress. They were flexible, helpful, and kind! I would recommend them to ANYONE!!
The “Goodwill” of wedding dress boutiques, without the “Goodwill” prices. The shoes are disgusting, used and falling apart, the workers are rude and pressure you into “loving” each dress. The dresses are outdated and look used, with no original tags. No “Wow” factor to anything, you had to pick out your own dresses, it’s so cluttered it’s about 5 in of walking room between each rack. Not impressed, not ever going back, I wouldn’t recommend a chinchilla trying on the dresses.
